ChatGPT
- 1.Click your profile picture (bottom-left) → Settings.
- 2.Navigate to Data Controls → Export Data.
- 3.Open the automated email from OpenAI and download the .zip archive.
- 4.Extract and upload the conversations.json file to ChatLore.
Google Gemini
- 1.Visit Google Takeout (takeout.google.com) and sign in.
- 2.Deselect all products and check only Gemini.
- 3.Initiate the export and download the generated .zip file.
- 4.Locate the .json conversation file inside and drop it here.
Claude (Anthropic)
- 1.Access your profile (bottom-left) → Settings.
- 2.Go to the Account tab and click 'Export Data'.
- 3.Anthropic will email you a secure download link for your history.
- 4.Upload the provided .json file directly to ChatLore.
